The Edmundking Academy exists because one educator refused to believe that teaching and character-building were separate jobs.
Our Mission

The Edmundking Academy (TEA) is a professional education, training and personal-development organisation built at the intersection of education, leadership, technology and entrepreneurship. Our motto is simple: transforming lives by empowering minds. We exist to give teenagers, university students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, teachers, school leaders and organisations the character, communication and digital capability to lead — not just to pass an exam or hold a certificate.
Part of a wider family
The Academy is one part of a broader ecosystem built by Dr. Edmundking Ogheneochuko. Pinnacle Dream International is the umbrella creative, publishing and training enterprise he has led since 2005. The Edmundking Academy focuses on professional, leadership and digital-skills training for teenagers through working adults. Eagles Mind International Academy, a sister institution, provides formal school education for children and teenagers. Together, they form a continuum of education — from the primary classroom to the boardroom.
Who we train
The Founder & Director
Dr. Edmundking Ogheneochuko
Theologian · Education Leader & Consultant · Communication & Digital Coach · Author
Dr. Edmundking Ogheneochuko has spent more than 29 years in Nigerian classrooms, staff rooms and principals’ offices — and nearly as long asking a harder question: what does it take to build a person, not just pass an exam?
He has served as a subject teacher in subjects including ICT, CRS, Literature and English, and has also worked as a junior and senior class teacher, head of department, examination officer, registrar, vice principal and principal — serving schools including Nissi Model College, Abuja; St. Jude’s Secondary School, Festac; Inspiration Academy; and Eagles Mind International Academy. He continues to serve Inspiration Academy as a non-executive member of its board of trustees.
Alongside his work in the classroom and school leadership, he leads two organisations he founded: Pinnacle Dream International, a creative hub for education, branding, publishing and digital training; and The Edmundking Academy, where he serves as Founder, Director and Chief Training Officer.
Along the way, he earned a PhD in Theology & Leadership and a Masters in Christian Leadership from the International School of Ministry & Light, and a Bachelor of Arts in Divinity from Christian Leaders College in Michigan, USA — alongside executive credentials in digital and business leadership, educational management, and public speaking. He has authored five books, including Character Always Wins and Kidana: Together We Rise — see his full bibliography below.
He has personally trained more than 10,000 youth and educators, delivered upward of 150 speaking engagements in five-plus countries, and been recognised as a Transformational Educator and Leadership Coach. Ask him what he does, though, and he’ll put it more simply than any of that:
